Dr. Robert Chastant completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southwest Louisiana-Lafayette in 1972 before earning his dental degree at the Louisiana State University Dental College in 1976. Two years later, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Orthodontic Program in Philadelphia.
Dr. Chastant is also an associate delegate to the American Board of Orthodontics, where he represents the Southwestern Division.
Dr. Chastant is the father of four children, Michele, Meagan, Robert Jr. and William, husband of Laurie and resides in New Iberia. He is a sleep apnea and tmj specialist.
